How to... when I travel but it's not a photography trip. Depending on an organization I don't control, I can't choose anything—not the time, nor the place, nor the subject... so I trust to chance and I walk, on the lookout for what will inspire me.

When night becomes an ally...

 

 

Night photography in the city has a unique, almost cinematic atmosphere. Streetlights, reflections on wet pavements, and neon signs transform the city into a living, mysterious backdrop.

 

 

Despite technical difficulties, night photography offers incredible artistic possibilities. The contrasts between shadows and lights give character to the images and reveal another facet of the city.

 

 

 

The real subjects are not only monuments or landscapes, but especially people. A glance, a daily scene often tells much more than a famous building. It is the inhabitants, their habits, and their emotions that give soul to the images and make each city come alive.
